Jeff Briggs

Jeff joined Cholla in 2026 and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing Cholla's financing strategy, capital markets execution, and treasury operations.

Prior to his role at Cholla, Jeff served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Exeter Finance, where he managed large-scale funding platforms and liquidity forecasting across capital markets, treasury, securitization, and investor relations. With over 19 years in the finance industry, he has built deep expertise in structured finance, asset-backed securities (ABS), repo financing, and hedging strategies.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
